A superbill is a detailed receipt provided by The Happy Speech Clinic after your child’s speech therapy session. It includes all the necessary information, such as the date of service, the type of therapy provided, and the cost. This document is important if you plan to submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.

While this is not a guaranteed method to obtain reimbursement, you can submit it to your insurance provider, and they will review it to determine if they will cover any of the costs based on your specific plan.

We accept payments via cash, check, debit/credit card, and HSA/FSA. All credit card transactions are processed securely through Ivy Pay, a HIPAA-compliant payment processor.

We gladly accept recent evaluations and plans of care from other facilities or schools. Please provide any outside assessments prior to your initial appointment so that we can review the information and determine the appropriate next steps.
